Fixed itself.

I installed the extension (1.3) in mediwiki 1.41.1 but it doesn't work. I can see only the preloader animation. What i can do to fix the issue?

Update: it works now. I first had to keep just one image in the gallery by removing the others, save the document and then go back to edit to add the other images.

Seems like a cache issue, maybe? If you say it works, I'll close this, but let me know if it doesn't!

Fixed in version 1.3

Verified it was installed on Special:Version. But when invoking Hover Gallery with "hovergallery maxhoverwidth=800 maxhoverheight=800" it just doesn't do anything. There is no popup.

Thanks for the report. You're right, there was something broken. I just fixed it. Please download the latest development version 1.3 (master) and let me know of any more issues!

Done in version 1.2

I use the version mw 1.29 and tried to use widths, heights and perrow as in <gallery>, but it does not recognize them. Would it be possible to introduce these options ?.

Couldn't reproduce the issue

when I create a <hovergallery> with more than one picture, only the first will get a large image on hover but not the rest of the pictures

on mw 1.29 and 1.31 same problem

Hi, I just tried the latest HoverGallery and had no trouble, but I did a minor fix that could fix your issue. Could you download the latest and let me know how it goes? If you still have trouble, could you link to your wiki (if it's public) so that I can take a look? Thanks!

Which sort of "requirements" ... if I may call it that way ... do you recommend? (PHP Version, Python ... stuff like that)

Or is there maybe another Extension which is troubling?

I usually run PHP 7.0, MySQL 5.6 and MediaWiki 1.31, but I don't think that's the issue (unless you have a very old version of MediaWiki). Is your wiki public? Could you link me to it?

no it's not public. I got PHP 5.6, MySQL 5.1 and mw 1.29. You don't have any experience with other extensions causing trouble? Or maybe it's the GPO in our system.

Are you sure? It works for me.

The link's error is because of a capital letter G (HoverGallery) returns an error.

Kghbin has it correct in the above link with a path leading to 'Hovergallery'
