version for 1.13 is missing a soap client and generates an error when the extension is used:

Fatal error: Class 'SoapClient' not found in C:\Apache2\symbian\mediawiki\extensions\CrowdAuthentication\CrowdAuthentication.php on line 87

didn't consider that I'd need to turn soap on in the php.ini file... all better
