1. Forgot to mention *nix file permissions adjustment in documentation
2. Did not stress strongly enough that the BizzWiki package must be uncompressed in the root directory of the MediaWiki installation

1. Some PHP version do not like a static method to be called before class declaration (in the same file)
2. There seems to be different behavior for the 'dir' function when no entries/non-existing directory
