[edit] What can this extension do?
WikiVX is not one extension; it is a collection of extensions. This collection of extensions is released as Mediawiki distribution, which can be run directly on a harddisk/USB stick. Just copy it and run it. ‘’’No configuration at all.’’’. WikiVX includes also help articles for using mediawiki itself and help articles for configuring the included extensions. There's also a lot of other tools, integrated for easier use e.g. Import from Excel, mysql GUI. The configuration is split into two parts. This make it possible to use the distribution on a server with enhanced usermanagement (like WikiVX homepage), or run as personal wiki with special windows tools. It is also possible to use both together, but only under windows.
