Purpose[edit]
Provides a trail for recently visited pages.
Features[edit]
- Parser-cache friendly
- Local Browser caching limitations still apply.
- Configurable on a per-user basis (see Special:Preferences under 'Misc' tab)

- Add the following to LocalSettings.php, if the extension was downloaded from Jean-Lou Dupont's MediaWiki SVN directory (link in the download entry of the table above)[2]:
require_once( "$IP/extensions/PageTrail/PageTrail.php" );
- Since this Extensions is depending on StubManager, add the line after the StubManager include, or else your Wiki won't work.

Upgrades through PEAR[edit]Sometimes, it is necessary to clear PEAR's cache in order to perform upgrades.

This extension is heavily influenced by the 'Breadcrumbs' extension found on MediaWiki.org. Extension:PageTrail resolves parser-caching issues found in the original extension listed here.
