Allows users to add META and LINK tags to an individual page's HEAD coding. This extension still allows the mediawiki page to be parser cached.

Where the first parameter corresponds the the http-equiv attribute, the second to the content attribute and the optional third corresponds to the name attribute.
Any field can be left blank and thus won't be included. Example:

Will produce <meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow" >
