I installed translate extension and put some text to translate .My wiki's interface language is "zh".But it is shown as 'zh' text.How to change source text to English without change interface language? (My English is not good....)

Also, to clarify: You want the interface text to show in English instead of Chinese? Or you just want the source language to be English?

Your interface language language is set to English. I confirmed that your wiki is not changing language to Chinese even when I set my browser to Chinese and visited your wiki.
Look at $wgLanguageCode to change the default language for your wiki.
