I have a problem of missing templates when generating PDF book with Book tool.

The templates missing are based on Ambox template. By default Ambox resided in "Exclude from print" category but after removing it from there, it still doesn't get printed. My Exclude from print category is empty, so it should be not the reason.

Could someone take a look here and see what could be the reason of missing template in PDF (the missing template is the electricity warning box at end of the page): http://granitedevices.com/wiki/Argon_braking_resistor

Try removing the metadata class from Template:Ambox/core and make sure that the class ambox is not set to "display: none" in MediaWiki:Common.css or MediaWiki:Print.css. Then clear your cache; did that fix the problem?
