Testing[edit]

iOS app[edit]

Android app[edit]

Testing the alpha app[edit]

The alpha is continuously built and updated every time a commit is merged. This is the most up to date, most featureful and most buggy version of the app :)

You can download it by going to http://android-builds.wmflabs.org/ on your mobile phone and clicking 'download', and installing the .apk file that downloads. You must first enable 'side loading' on your device (Go to 'Settings' on your phone, go to the 'Security' submenu and tick the 'Unknown sources' checkbox).

It gives you a notification every time a new build is available, and you can download the apk by tapping on the notification. You can then update your alpha installation by tapping the downloaded apk and installing it.

Testing the beta app[edit]

These are released once every sprint (every other week), and are more stable than the alpha versions. They also have features not yet enabled on the production app.

You can download it from Google Play, and Google Play will handle automatic updates. Simple as that :)
