Ian Marlier - Planning on 4.5 miles at a pace of 8:30/9:00 per mile. I'm expecting to do this route: https://www.strava.com/routes/15956406
Sam Smith - Planning on 6-7 miles at a pace between sub 9:00 per mile. I'll follow Ian's route above but include a loop between the Steel Bridge and SW Hawthorne Bridge to increase the distance.
