[FY25-26 WE6.1.4] Establish Pretrain production design for MVP
[edit]If we document reliability risks and compensating controls to mitigate those risks, we will create a shared understanding of their implications for the Pretrain productionization design, sufficient to establish consensus on a path forward to enable an MVP.
- Progress update
-
- Stage: Design
- Note: Short week (< 3 days).
- This week continued to focus on automated supervision, turning specifically to backtesting potential supervision signals against historical data (e.g., to assess noise levels and practicalities to address in a proper implementation), along with discussion around when specific strategies will be active (i.e., which deployment types).
- While not strictly within the scope this hypothesis, work also started on formulating an execution plan for turning up the Pretrain environment (i.e., order of operations for implementing the design sketch).
- Any updates on metrics related to this hypothesis (including baseline, target, or actuals, if applicable)
-
- None
- Any emerging blockers or risks
-
- None
- Any unresolved dependencies - do you depend on another team that hasn’t already given you what you need? Are you on the hook to give another team something you aren’t able to give right now?
-
- None
- Have there been any new lessons from the hypothesis?
