- Gerrit CI upgrade – Zuul, our CI backend for Gerrit, needs to be updated, but it's a big change. This week, we got the core services working in production. zuul.wikimedia.org works!
- Next up: getting Kubernetes runners working and job migrations. Tentatively planning job migration of
mediawiki/corein a silent mode (i.e., it won't comment on patches) to work out the kinks and load test.

- Patch Demo legacy backend removal – We've run Patch Demo on Kubernetes for several years now, but we've maintained the old backend this whole time. We're finally removing it.
