Take a look at my project proposal on developing ways to consolidate and streamline feedback channels. I welcome any questions or feedback!
Outreach Program for Women Endorsements
From my impression so far I am happy to say that Valerie has great reading (what is the report about and what not) and expression skills (e.g. structured approach to testing), finds her way to gather information via the query interface, spots things in the bug report interface and investigates herself (e.g. keywords and their meanings, and finding related reports), and has a good idea of testing (different browsers, using test2.wp vs other Wikimedia servers writing quick testcases herself, while being aware of the version differences). She has been helpful in many cases to narrow down problems (e.g. bugzilla:42512) and definitely manages to tame the beast that Bugzilla sometimes can be! I have great trust in her. --Malyacko (talk) 18:35, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
