Category cache not updating solution?

Hi what is the solution to the Category and main page cache not updaing ( http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual_talk:File_cache#category_pages_in_cache_do_not_get_updated )

Hi, sorry it took me so long to respond. You can delete a file from the cache by adding &action=purge to the real URL (not the short URL), for example if you have a category named actors, use http://en.domain.com/w/index.php?title=Category:Actors&action=purge Cheers, --Till Kraemer (talk) 11:53, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
