Your sexist complaints are wrong and offensive. Sherry is a woman, not a man. Their boss, the Executive Director of the Foundation, is a woman. The chairperson of the Board of Trustees is a woman. Furthermore any random selection of five people has have a statistically significant chance of being a single gender, especially when the available pool of job applicants skews significantly away from 50%. There is an imbalance in the population who choose an education and profession in tech fields, meaning a perfect gender-equality organization would almost unavoidably have a similar imbalance in job applicants for any tech position. The world is far from a perfect place and there are real problems that need to be fixed. However please ensure you get your facts right before similarly attacking people in the future.
