Please guide me with the Chinese version wiki publishing work

Thanks for your reply in the talk above. We are the college team aiming to expand our influence among Asian students. But the wiki process stopped at the translation ( please see the warning pic on the right ->).

What should we do to publish the wiki? We do appreciate your help!!!
