Redlinks for VisualEditor[edit]

Hi Pinky,

They're about to change the format of the VisualEditor/Feedback page, so I'm flipping through old comments. You asked last December about adding VisualEditor to the documentation for redlinks. I don't know if you were in any of the other discussions about this, but the bottom line is that there is no good way to do this. However, I have heard that one wiki has done something that offers both, probably by adding a URL so to the local message. It could say something like "You may create the page 'unexisting title' in wikitext or with in VisualEditor, but consider checking the search results below to see whether the topic is already covered."
