Hi

Template:Extension

Please stop this nonsense: that's a high visibility template and you must use the sandbox instead. On your edits, the parameter goes through lc (lowercase) so they appear to be incorrect. --Nemo 22:52, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

ok sorry I will use the sandbox when wanting to add something to the main template Paladox2017 (talk) 16:41, 5 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hello! Please fix this template, read Thread:Template talk:Extension/Latest preview version visible on all pages using this template. Unless i will rollback your versions. Please let verify the your changes from someone, who knows the syntax of the template before you add the new versions, if you are not sure, if all works like you want. Thanks. --Florianschmidtwelzow (talk) 18:33, 28 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok next time I will use the sandbox and will ask some who is advanced and knows how to do it to verify it works properly. if you want to roll back please roll back preview fro now but keep the stable one because it seems to not be having the problem. 86.135.248.241 19:12, 28 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Rolled back. --Florianschmidtwelzow (talk) 20:00, 28 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Template:LSR/en

Why did you create Template:LSR/en with the same content as Template:LSR? Jackmcbarn (talk) 15:11, 27 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

I thought that you had to add /en like Template:Extension/en Paladox2017 (talk) 15:34, 27 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

As I wrote on my talk page:

I have removed/undone your edits. See Special:Contributions/Shirayuki, Special:DeletedContributions/Paladox2017 and Special:DeletedContributions/86.135.248.241

Oh ok 86.135.248.241

Updates for the sake of them

Stop updating things just for the sake of updating them. A lot of the templates and modules you're updating have major changes that will need fixes to local configuration for them to work right, and most of the updates you brought in only fixed enwiki-specific stuff. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:21, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Upon looking closer, it appears that you're the same person that was behind the Special:CentralAuth/Paladox2014 and Special:CentralAuth/Google9999 accounts, which were both globally locked for the exact same forms of disruption. Given that evidence, I've blocked this account. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:37, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hi but the reason there was I was editing other langugages too. and I haven't been editing a lot of languges here. Paladox2017 (talk) 20:49, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Unblock

— Preceding unsigned comment added by Paladox2017 (talk • contribs) 20:43, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Are the other accounts in fact yours? If so, you need to appeal their blocks. You can't just make a new account and continue editing. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:51, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok I have now ask to be unblocked. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:01, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
But can i be unbloked on mediawiki please. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:05, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
I don't see a request at m:Steward requests/Global, so I assume that you emailed your request to the stewards' mailing list. Is this correct? Also, given the amount of disruption you've caused, I'd need a convincing reason to remove the block. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:09, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
I asked on the user page talk page on english wikipedia on google9999.
And i was just updating the template and i didnt try to update anothe rtemplate just template doucmentation. and i did not know that it would cause this problem if i was to update it but i wont update it any more. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:13, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Since those accounts are globally locked, Wikipedia admins can't unblock them. You'll need to ask the stewards to. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:24, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok i have asked here https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global#Requests_for_global_.28un.29lock_and_.28un.29hiding Paladox2017 (talk) 21:25, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
But can i be unblocked locally here please Paladox2017 (talk) 21:36, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
I discovered your other accounts because of the recent disruption you've caused here with your current account. Given that, I don't think you've improved since your last account, so I'm not confident unblocking at this time. I'll reconsider after the stewards answer your unlock request. If you want, you can ping another admin and ask them to review the block. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:45, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok i wait untill an admin answer. but probley they wont unblock because of my other accounts. But they may allow me to use my account on here. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:46, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hi the request has been closed here https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global#Global_unlock_for_Google9999 please see reason. Paladox2017 (talk) 16:27, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

┌───────────────────────────────────────┘
I oppose unblocking your account, given your past history and sockpuppetry. Your replies there are not convincing.--Jasper Deng (talk) 17:27, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Ok Paladox2017 (talk) 17:30, 31 October 2014 (UTC).Reply
Could you change the block to a couple of months insteaf of indefinite please. Paladox2017 (talk) 17:30, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
No, especially after you evaded your block just now as 94.197.122.75 and 94.197.122.89, even after I warned you at User talk:151.225.136.51 about it. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:47, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hi i am not it is my ip changing on my router. Paladox2017 (talk) 20:50, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
That's completely irrelevant. Editing while logged out is block evasion, regardless of whether your IP address changes or not. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:52, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hi how long do i have to wait before asking to be unlocked and can i edit on the suport desk under an ip. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:03, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
It's not a matter of waiting. It's a matter of convincing us that you won't be disruptive anymore. And no, you can't edit on the support desk as an IP. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:36, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
But how am i meant to ask for help if i carnt edit through my account or under an ip. Paladox2017 (talk) 21:43, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
On this page. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:48, 31 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

I was just about to post here offering you a final chance with the condition that a single further disruptive edit would lead to a reblock, but then I saw you causing massive disruption on translatewiki. Given that, I remain unconvinced that an unblock is warranted. Jackmcbarn (talk) 15:38, 3 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Ok. I did not know that it would go through. I thought someone had to review them. and here is the discussion here https://translatewiki.net/wiki/User_talk:Paladox I have also asked to edit something in one different languge and they say I can only translate in british englash and qqq message. Paladox2017 (talk) 15:49, 3 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Hi could someone unblock me I have not edited in 2 weeks ecept for editing an extension page that needed the version updated. Paladox2017 (talk) 14:12, 17 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

I have blocked 86.135.253.200. I oppose unblocking your account.--Shirayuki (talk) 20:49, 23 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

The more you evade your block, as you most recently did as 151.229.248.12, the less likely it is that you will ever be allowed to edit here again. Stop it. Jackmcbarn (talk) 23:36, 16 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
hi I know that I am not allowed to edit but I was just updating my information on the extension and skin. I wasn't editing anything else and why block the page so only people who are logged in can edit I know I am not allowed to edit but that doesent mean the page to be protected it I sent vandalised it is just being edited by a blocked user. And plus how long do I have to wait before asking to be unblocked. Paladox2017 (talk) 14:42, 2 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Once again, it's not a matter of waiting. It's a matter of convincing us that you won't be disruptive, and evading your block is about as antithetical to that as you can get. Jackmcbarn (talk) 20:43, 2 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Main account and gerrit activity

So, I'm confused. what's the main account you use? --Nemo 22:24, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi what do you mean main account. 94.197.120.254 22:27, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
(Please login.) I mean, is this the only username you are using (or mean to use) on Wikimedia wikis? --Nemo 22:30, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
This is my main account. 94.197.120.254 22:34, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Ok. Please make sure that, on all Wikimedia wikis (including wikitech), all your secondary accounts redirect to your main one, and use only that. I saw you got some patches merged in core (but you should really stop using the "Rebase" button), so see below. --Nemo 22:54, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Unblock reloaded

See above. If the usage of multiple accounts has stopped (which I need to check), and given you are contributing to MediaWiki, I can unblock you. However, please only edit what you know well, that is (for now) the pages about your own repositories. Remember that I'm quick at blocking you again, if you edit war etc. Jackmcbarn and Shirayuki, objections? --Nemo 22:54, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi i have other account but doint use them since most are blocked and one of them is the only one not blocked but i have not made edits through that account i only used it for the auth thing that lets you you gerrit from the browser using the tool. i carnt remember the username off that account. 86.135.251.240 22:59, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Can i created a new user account and call it paladox to match my other account on gerrit please. 86.135.251.240 22:59, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
No need. If you get unblocked here, after a while you can ask this account to be globally renamed. --Nemo 23:04, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Oh ok how long would I have to wait after getting unblocked before asking to be globally renamed. 86.135.251.240 23:08, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
There is no hurry. Let's say two months. --Nemo 19:00, 9 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ok, I have blocked two confusing and unused accounts on this wiki and unblocked this one. Remember the conditions above. --Nemo 19:00, 9 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ok Thanks I will only use one account and not edit stuff I doint know. 86.135.248.226 19:08, 9 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Remove unneeded mw:Bug_management/Phabricator_etiquette_actually

Please remove https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Bug_management/Phabricator_etiquette_actually as it should be discussed on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Bug_management/Phabricator_etiquette --AKlapper (WMF) (talk) 09:19, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi how since I carnt delete pages, I doint have permission. Ive redirected the pages to that new link. Paladox (talk) 16:06, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Template:WikimediaDownloadPhabricator

Heiya Paladox, I switched back to the old template from you edit since the display of the extension's page was totally broken. I am not sure about the reason for this, still the new template needs to be fixed first before reinserting. Cheers --kgh (talk) 16:25, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Currently Wikimedia recommends phabricator and since not all repos have been migrated ive created a template so extensions that do can switch. Also gitblit was recently upgraded on Wikimedia causing it to break gitblit. Paladox (talk) 16:29, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
My post is not meant to be an objection against the template as such. However if you add it to the extension's page the display is broken. So the template needs to be fixed somehow. Currently I am not too familiar this the translation magic so ... --kgh (talk) 23:20, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Ok. I think it just needs someone to approve it to be translated since it is directly copied from the main template. 151.225.22.50 00:07, 5 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Ah, I get it. Let's wait for this and then reinsert. Cheers --kgh (talk) 09:45, 5 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
