Hi. Thanks for your proposal.
Your proposal is somewhat hard to read because of punctuation, spacing, and capitalization problems; please fix these.
Please link to your previous work, such as the Drupal module you worked on.
To show us that you are able to work with MediaWiki's codebase, it would be best if you fixed one of the Annoying little bugs, and linked to your patch.
Who would your mentors be?
When designing the front end, how will you consult with MediaWiki experts in design and accessibility? Whom will you contact?
Are you aiming on getting this deployed on Wikimedia sites during the course of the summer? If so, which ones? Have you already started talking with those communities? (In general 12 weeks is not enough time to make this kind of consensus happen.)
