From what I can deduce from the topics on your user page, you'd like to know why you are blocked, correct? The reason in the block log states that you are blocked because of vandalism. You can see this here.

Of what I can determine from your contributions, you were blocked because you placed your questions in the wrong places, and did so repeatedly. In addition, you seem to be in the wrong place to ask those questions in the first place, as here, on MediaWiki.org, we only have content related to MediaWiki, the software used by Wikipedia.
