Hi, I'm Mark. After initially working as a volunteer on our server & hosting infrastructure for a few years, I joined the Wikimedia Foundation in 2006 in what (eventually) became the Technical Operations / Site Reliability Engineering team.

My work

Nowadays I lead the Site Reliability Engineering & Developer Experience teams at the Wikimedia Foundation.
