This is a short overview of already existing and planned translations of the fundamental introduction to MediaWiki on this site.

Please note

1. The page names, which need to be created for a full set in one language are mainly in english but differ in the ISO 639 language code at the end, e.g. /es for Spanish pages. This naming system makes it easier to maintain all the different files in case of necessary changes, independent of one's language abilities.
2. English versions are the reference for all translations. Please watch out for changes of these pages. It is strongly recommended that users who translate the introduction set into another language also put the english pages on their watch lists and carry on updating.
3. Please translate first; only then add your pages to the language templates.
