Context
[edit]As part of the temporary accounts rollout, we'll support looking up global contributions. This feature will exist on a special page and we're deciding between Special:GlobalContributions and Special:GlobalUserContributions.
Options considered

Pros:
- Won't be confused with the community's global user contributions lookup tool
Cons:
- Naming conflict with Extension:GlobalContributions
Special:GlobalUserContributions
Pros:
- Won't be confused with Extension:GlobalContributions
Cons:
- Already being confused with the community's global user contributions lookup tool
Decision
[edit]Given that the community tool is in active use whereas Extension:GlobalContributions doesn't seem to have been updated in some time, we'll implement our tool under Special:GlobalContributions. Additionally, we'll look into possibly archiving Extension:GlobalContributions.
