when trying to create new account for HermannSW, I get told that I have one:

Special:CentralAuth/HermannSW

But I am unable to reset password with "forgot your password" for that.

Can you please help me to get password reset to registered email address for that account?

Unfortunately, if you haven't set an email and/or it hasn't been confirmed, there's no way to recover your account, because you can't demonstrate you own that account.

You'll have to create a new one.
