Hello. If I understand correctly, you are asking about further work related to the page I started at Voice assistants and Wikimedia.
I started that page (with my volunteer-account, not this staff-account) primarily in the hope of inspiring more people to work on the related open source software projects that already provide access to Wikimedia content. (I.e. they would learn about things like MycroftAI, and go contribute to that code-base).
I do not have any official role in regards to that page. I cannot help with anything about it, aside from the text and links.
If you want to propose technical work on something related to it, I suggest asking at Project:Support desk, where they might be able to help.
