Activating EN language on my MW access, there is no "Skin" tab on Preferences menu.

Should "Appearance" be the right word in the article?

Here the sentence at the beginning of the page

To try out the available skins and change skin, click on the Preferences link while logged in, then click on the "Skin" tab

Yeah, the skins section was moved into a general rendering tab a few years ago; I've fixed the reference.
