Hi. I have been using the translation tool for translating articles from English and French wikipedias to Persian wikipedia for months already. Today this function is not working anymore. After clicking the "New translation" buttom, it just jumps back to the translate page with the message "On the English Wikipedia machine translation is disabled for all users".
