Not sure if you're the right person to ask for wikiapiry questions, but here goes.
I noticed that https://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Extension:QuickInstantCommons says the page will be autocreated by a bot when the extension gets used by someone, however, https://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/Extension:QuickInstantCommons indicates that it already is, but it looks like the bot is not creating the page.
