A couple small suggestions

On enwiki I was delighted to encounter this feature on a new Talk page. Two suggestions:

  1. The placeholder text for the section title should "Subject" or "Topic" not Title. Title is only applicable to section headers in articles, not discussion pages.
  2. Why did the editor default to source? Is this choice personalized based on my default editor settings for mainspace?

The default is based first on your own edits (whichever you used/preferred most recently), and otherwise on the site's config.
