Topic on Extension talk:MsUpload

You can change the summary by editing the page MediaWiki:Msu-comment on your wiki.

The title pretty much says it.

I like the fact that it notifies me that MSUpload was used when people add files, but, can I add something to the end of that summary statement? Like "Image is the topic of academic discussion", or something similar for Fair Use, so that it automatically is entered on the image's page in the summary once it's uploaded?
