I noticed that the "Tools for authorized users" section of my preferences lists gadgets that I shouldn't have access to. To fix this, consider replacing the "AuthorizedUsers" section with the following:
* CleanDeleteReasons[ResourceLoader|rights=delete]|CleanDeleteReasons.js * blocktab[ResourceLoader|rights=block|dependencies=mediawiki.util,mediawiki.Title]|blocktab.js * botRollback[ResourceLoader|rights=markbotedits]|botRollback.js
