The Growth team is wondering how often its Herald rule (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/H26) is triggering, sorted by tag. Is there a way to find this data?

Hmm, I don't think the database saves which exact condition of a single Herald rule triggered the action, but I'd need to dig more into the DB scheme to know for sure. According to SELECT COUNT(*) FROM herald_ruleapplied WHERE ruleID = 26; that rule has been triggered 3278 times so far.
