My translation was removed because an original article changed

I translated an article about Eval to Russian and it was quite good and comprehensive.

But then it was just simply removed and I received a notification that I have to start a new translation for scratch:

Ваш перевод Eval был сброшен, так как его содержимое устарело более чем на год. Начните новый перевод с новым содержимым в любое время.

Looks like that I can't even restore it from history.

This is insane! What's a point to make translation if it will be erased when only one character is changed in the original article?

Even if that article about Eval was slightly outdated that doesn't mean that it become useless.

Hi, I have Czech as the Target. I only get announcement about obsoleteness of the original in Czech. It did not happen to me that translation was removed.

Yes, meeting myself with partial text removals that are out of my control - a big issue seems to be, there is no backup posibility.
