We should probably add an option to hide ongoing translations. Its annoying when i'm trying to find a page to start translating

Would the following align with your proposal? When searching for an article by pressing "a new translation", and searching for "Paris" the article about the city of Paris should not be listed in the search results if there is already an in-progress translation by yourself or another user.
