request for GS deletion fulfilled

Side note: an IP address user changed my topic's title. I've manually changed it back, because I don't have an 'undo' option for some reason. I checked the IP address user; 37.238.121.22 has made several illegit edits/page creations. (text added 05:35, 22 July 2021 (UTC))

I've posted this question here, because the help links at hif.wikipedia redirected me here (just as well, as Google doesn't understand the language, nor do I).

Is there someone I can talk to?
I'm trying to find an administrator from the Fiji Hindi Wikipedia (preferably through email, reasons below), or a Global Administrator who can delete an unauthorized user Talk page on hif.wikipedia. I have raised the issue on my English Wikipedia Talk page, discussion here.

In short, I have not visited the Fiji Hindi Wikipedia previously. I received a notification that a bot had created a User talk page at: https://hif.wikipedia.org/wiki/sadasya_ke_baat:CJDOS

I have not contributed to that Wikipedia, and likely won't due to the language barrier (Google Translate was entirely useless). If I ever contribute to hif.wikipedia, then a Talk page may be created. Until then, I do not authorize that page's creation, and I hereby request its un-creation.

I do not want to perform any edit, nor page blanking on my hif.wikipedia Talk page, because if I do, then doing so is a contribution and as such would justify its existence (catch-22). I can be reached at my English Wikipedia Talk page, listed at the top. If there is no Global Administrator, then I would like to email a hif.wikipedia administrator. I've looked around the hif.wikipedia, but the pages barely exist, and Google Translate failed to translate any of it, so I am unable to find one of their admins on my own, let alone send them an email.

And, please shut off that annoying bot. The English Wikipedia administrator who responded to my inquiry (to tell me they can't help), themselves had a user talk page created for them at hif.wikipedia shortly after visiting it.

The user talk page at hifWP has been deleted. It is just a welcoming bot, some wikis set them up when someone's SUL account creates a local version at the wiki. No big deal.

Thank you for your reply, Malyacko. I'm afraid I don't understand your first reply about meta.wikimedia: which part of my post should I inquire there for? Please elaborate.

As for your second reply, as I said, I can't find an hif.wikipedia admin because Google Translate is entirely useless for Fiji Hindi. I would need someone from that community to contact me on my English Wikipedia Talk page.

So, you're implying that Wiki doesn't have Global Administrators, someone who oversees the Foundation Projects, and could assist if necessary (even if it's just for communication issues)? Why don't Global Administrators exist? I should think it a necessary position to the entire Foundation; rarely needed to intermediate at a local Wiki level, but capable of doing so.

There are global sysops you can contact. Some notes:

• Change the interface language (Languages in the left sidebar)---actual page content will remain, but it helps navigate the site.
• The sysop list shows only one admin user; last edit in February of this year, so not real active.
• Based on the deletion log, there are a number of people actively deleting pages there as well, including multiple global sysops. They all have contact info on their local page.

Thank you for the lists and sysop info. I see that when I hover over "global sysop action", it shows the action originating from meta.wikimedia (as well as various page blanking further down). This might just be the information I was asking for, and I will explore it shortly.
