Mark Wikispeech pages for translation

Those pages need some more preparation to make them translatable.

In general:

  • Headers must start on it's own line:

Incorrect:

<translate>== Speechoid ==</translate>

Correct:

<translate>
 == Speechoid ==
 </translate>
  • Use variables for text that shouldn't be translated. For example: links (page titles, URLs). Example: [[<tvar name=1>m:Wikispeech</tvar>|on the project page]]
  • Break sentences in their own translation units instead of big paragraphs: <translate>(...) more accessible for people that have difficulties reading for different reasons.</translate> <translate>Wikispeech will be available as a MediaWiki extension.</translate>

Slightly preferred syntax for headers is:

== <translate>Speechoid</translate> ==

… as this avoids polluting the translators' interfaces with wikitext.

Yes, there's a bunch of documentation that needs fixing about this, you're right.

I agree on not adding wikitext inside units. I'd also prefer to split bullet lists into their own units without including the bullets. Sadly, it makes the source page less readable.
