Kukkolankoski Rapids are one of largest free-flowing rapids in whole Europe. There are wikipedia articles in Finnish, Swedish and Cebuano but not in English.

There are alternatives names for Kukkolankoski Rapids - in Swedish Kukkolanforsen and in English Kukkola Rapids. Both English names should direct on the same page and interlink all the languages.

The missing article in English is problem because it prevents in practice translating into other languages.

This is not really a problem about the Content translation tool, but what do you mean with "Both English names should direct on the same page and interlink all the languages"?

It's common to use both Kukkola Rapids and Kukkolankoski Rapids names in English. People use Swedish name Kukkolaforsen on the Swedish side of the river and on the Finnish side Kukkolankoski. The Finnish word "koski" and Swedish "forsen" translates to white water rapids in English.

To keep the English name neutral, I would choose Kukkola Rapids as the main title of the page. Kukkolankoski Rapids would redirect to that page.

If I have understood correctly, translation works nicely and without restriction from English to other languages. This is maybe not so between other languages and there seemed to be also publishing restrictions for newbies when creating a new translation from another language.

Addendum. I understand that Wikipedia and Content translation tool are different entities, at least to some extent. I just would like to create a start for the article in this subject in English. Kukkola Rapids are one of the major historical natural sights in Lapland.
