Can this skin be used as custom skin in Wikipedia user appearance settings?

Hi @Lhennen sadly this won't be possible at the moment, as the skin needs to be installed on the wiki iteself. :/

See writing an extension for deployment for the process to install new extensions (and skins) on Wikipedia.

Sadly I lack the capacity to support the skin for Wikimedia deployment, so it is unlikely that it will be deployed to WMF wikis unless someone is able to maintain it.
