Hi @Salgo60, if https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/3477/ is a personal workboard for a single individual, then it should likely be a "User" type of project (see Phabricator/Project management#Types of Projects )? Plus is it intentionally a subproject of WMSE?

• when it was created I guess I spoke with people at WMSE and that was the way the told me
  • now I feel they want it to be separated

Plus is "so9q" at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/so9q/ really supposed to be a subproject of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/3477/ ?

As a start, it would help to explain what these two projects are for. (They currently lack project descriptions.) Thanks :)

@Salgo60 Hi, not sure why there is a list of Wikidata properties...Could you please explain what these two specific projects in Phabricator are specifically for? They currently lack project descriptions. Thanks!

I have requested to create them and use Phabricator to track activities regarding them and other things.... you asked why we added activities on Phabricator...

@Salgo60 Hi, I did not ask why you add activities on Phabricator (that's fine and very welcome, and it is meant to track activities, in general)... I asked what the two specific project tags that you added in Phabricator are about. The project tags do not have a description, but project tags should have a description. Currently only you know what a project tag called "so9q" is about, but nobody else knows. Same problem with the project tag called "Magnus Sälgö". @Salgo60 It seems that these two project tags are User projects (see Phabricator/Project management#Types of Projects )?

In that case they should follow the guidelines (icon, color), they should follow the naming scheme, they should have a description anyways (please always add project descriptions when creating projects, so other people can understand what a project is about, as Phabricator is a public place)?

Also, "so9q" is a subproject of the project "Magnus Sälgö". "Magnus Sälgö" is a subproject of the project "WMSE". Is that a mistake?

Hi, I get a permission error when trying to edit the description.

I'm gonna migrate to github projects and tell magnus to remove the project when I'm done.

Hi, there is no concept of removing projects themselves in Phab (except for removing project tags from tasks). Maybe this is about archiving?
