I tried to publish a page after translation but this message pop-up.
"Automatic edit filters have identified problematic content in your translation. No IPs and new users create articles."
May I know how to fix this and publish the page?

In which language did you try to publish?
Can you publish to a personal draft by clicking the Gear icon next to the publish button and choosing "personal draft"?
in personal draft, it is ok. But I can not public for everyone to read. We tried to create a page in Thai language. It is a company profile page.
After you publish in the personal draft, it can be moved to the article space according to the rules of the wiki. For the rules in Thai, see w:th:วิกิพีเดีย:การย้ายหน้า.
