@Smarti In that ticket, nothing has changed since you subscribed, so no actions (and no notifications) took place. If you expect a notification about subscribing yourself, please check the setting for "Self Actions" on https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/panel/emaildelivery/. Thanks :)
