Publishing seems to fail continuously

After Im finished with a wikipedia translation I hit the publish button but almost all the time it gets stuck. There seems to be an issue related with the "Publish anyway" popup dialog and the "remaining errors" sidebar count. So I use ES->EN google translate, which makes a great job, and once the translation work is done, reviewed and correct I'm ready to publish it, but the sidebar's error box still shows repeated messages saying that +90% of the text is not translated (false). When I click the top publish button, the proccess get stucks and i never get the green message saying that the article was published the first time i do it. Usually I have to close the tab, and open it several times until I got the "publish anyway" pop up dialog and once i click in the publish anyway button of the dialog, the article is pushed forward.

Probably the criteria to display those errors should be reviewed and solved the issues with the dialog not showing up and the article not being published,
