Topic on 2017 wikitext editor/Feedback

Hi, I tried this new feature, and now I want to turn it off. I unchecked the box in my account settings, saved, but it still works. What can I do? ~~~~

If you (re-)uncheck the box, yet the 2017WE is still active, you can try pressing the "Purge" button (if the gadget enabled), click the real-time clock on the upper-right corner (if the gadget enabled), or type either ?action=purge or &action=purge at the end of the URL address.

I bet the refreshing issue must have interfered with the changes.
