U gave a edit option on it ...if someone upload a wrong info on it ..then what will u do?

The Wikipedia communities have very long experience of handling vandalism and mistakes on the wikis. We, as app developers, are merely supplying writing tools.

In short, a) there are filters in place, b) there are bots removing obvious vandalism, c) recent changes are constantly patrolled, d) articles are typically watched by people familiar with the subject, in case something less obvious passes through the recent changes patrolling. Admins on the wiki might block the person doing the editing, in case it's intentionally wrong.
