Trying to create a page for Founder of One Stage but not able publish. It says new user.

MediaWiki.org is not Wikipedia to create articles. Even on Wikipedia, the subject must meet the notability criteria for biographies.

How can I progress on that?

You need to cite enough secondary reliable sources (minimum three that discuss the subject in great detail, not passing mentions) to prove that a subject is notable.
