@Ladsgroup should this be on Wikitech instead, since it's Wikimedia-specific and not related to MediaWiki? If you agree, I'm happy to move it.

I'm slightly unsure. There are lots of technical documentations here that are not bound to mediawiki like Codesearch or ORES and so much more.

I think this should be thought in a more general sense and we handle all of them together.

Does it make sense?

Having the instance and service management docs at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nova_Resource:Meet or at least linked from there would be helpful for Cloud VPS admins. We look at that namespace first when folks are reporting problems and we are trying to help cover for Cloud VPS project maintainers.
