Should be unmarked for translation as part of my ongoing cleanup of archived extension subpages

@Wladek92: You misunderstood me; I can't do anything about the subpages until a translation administrator (which could be you) takes action by removing the root pages from the translation system. The way to do that is to "visit Special:PageTranslation, and click 'remove from translation'" (quoted from the Phabricator template for archiving extensions)
