Thanks. I just followed your link for explainations. There, this leads us to the use of the 'News' service. Im under Windows and in my Firefox browser I enter the url => news://admin.gmane.io , which runs Winmail.exe to open successfully (something like outlook but for news) with an entry for admin.gmane.io . I load all discussions (many, many !). Then I effectively see an entry: 'gmane.science.linguistics.wikipedia.technical' and 'gmane.science.linguistics.wikipedia.technical.ambassadors' between '.wikipedia.tamil' and '.wikipedia.telugu' corresponding to a segment of the URL we investigate. When I click on its line, a list of messages in the newsgroup is presented. But I dont see 59868, neither 'weekly' nor 'cycle' subjects to link to. On the other side may be articles are removed and archived (?) so that they may disappear from the current news list.
'.technical' entry contains diverse topics (radar...)
'.technical.ambassador' entry seems more adapted since it contains informations of weeks (Tech News (2020, week 9) ) and speaks of activities: 'Changes later this week' 'Future changes'...
So may I explain that, focussing on the 'ambassador' entry in a footer note of the page ?
