there are some categories witch are redlinks and have zero entries:

How can i delete this useless things?

Newer versions (MW 1.28 and greater) of MW should automatically delete these.

Older versions you can't (short of actual DB manipulation)

You can force them to be deleted by running cleanupEmptyCategories.php (since MW 1.28)
