@Samat -- thanks for reading closely. It's because the 50% is 50% of the 20%. In other words, of the people who open the help panel, half of them interact with it. To get the overall percentage, you multiply them together (i.e. 10% of people who see the help panel button interact with something in the panel). Does this make sense?
